No. You can hire us for a single service or combine different deliverables. The scope follows what the project needs and is set out in the contract.
Do you only work with big brands?
No. We work with companies of all sizes, from early-stage businesses to established brands.
Why hire M92 instead of a freelancer or an in-house team?
M92 brings creative direction and execution together across different design areas, with an integrated view of the brand and its applications. We take on a full project or work alongside your team on specific needs.
How does the process work, from first contact to delivery?
First contact happens through the form or by email. We reply by email and schedule a meeting to understand the request, then send a proposal with scope, timeline and pricing. Once it's approved, the project moves through development, presentation, revisions and delivery.
Do you work with clients outside Brazil?
Yes. We take on clients anywhere, in Brazil or abroad, with meetings and follow-up online. For projects outside Brazil, we work in English.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes. We offer support for questions about the delivered materials, for the period and under the conditions set out in the proposal. New requests can be contracted separately.
Who keeps the files and rights to the brand?
You receive the files included in the contracted scope. Usage rights, delivery of editable files and any licenses for fonts, images or other assets are set out in the contract.
